We had a great stay! The location is excellent, very close to the mountain, which made everything super convenient. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. Tyler was also very communicative and responsive throughout the stay, which made the whole experience smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend staying here!
I had a great 3-night stay at the Cabin at Bear River. The cabin is the perfect size and the huge windows allow for a ton of natural light to come through. The fireplace, hot tub, and sauna made it a perfect winter getaway for a long weekend. Tyler was always proactive and clear in communications, which made everything from checking in to finding restaurant recommendations very easy.
Tyler’s place was so adorable. Looked just like the pictures and so many touches to make it feel homey. Tyler was also very responsive. It was 8 minutes from Sunday River which made it so easy to go back and forth. Also check out Gemini cafe in the morning we loved it! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, close to Sunday River and many restaurants and breweries. House was very clean and had lots of space with a large dining room. Would definelty stay here again!

Cabin was secluded, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. It felt luxuriously and a nice retreat for our family of four. It was a tight fit for all of us once we made the bed in the living room, but for a couple it would’ve been perfect. We loved the all the special touches, hot tub, and design.
This place is gorgeous. Warm, peaceful, close to Sunday River, yet far enough to feel that you are hidden in the woods. The views are beautiful. Trail next to house is magical. Amenities are excellent and Tyler is an excellent host—very responsive and easy to reach, will definitely return!

Great location! Close to Sunday River, multiple great restaurants only a few minutes drive away. Convenient gas station next door and family dollar across the street. Located on a main road, so traffic noise could be an issue at night. We brought sound machines and that blocked the noise out pretty well. No shades or curtains in the bedrooms (there are blinds) so there is light pollution from the gas station at night and the room gets bright when the sun rises. Otherwise, fantastic place, very well setup, with plenty of space and very clean! Overall would recommend!
This place is a great find! Perfectly situated in Bethel and so close to Sunday River. The house was extremely clean and comfortable and fantastic hosts, very responsive and friendly. Tyler went above any beyond to ensure out stay was prefer.
This place is great! Couldn’t be more convenient to food in Bethel and Sunday River. Walgreens and gas station literally a 1 min walk away. The place was cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. Tyler was helpful and communicative.
Tyler's home in Newry is a jewel. A real jewel. The home is so comfortable and well appointed. My husband and I loved it. The trails on the property were a delight and a source of joy for walking our dog. We're definitely coming back next year for a longer stay and more time on the slopes at Sunday River. John

I had a wonderful stay at Tyler’s place! The location was perfect, so close to Sunday River and other great nearby areas. The house was exactly as described: very spacious, extremely clean, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Tyler was a great host and even allowed me to check in a little early, which I truly appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
We had an absolutely lovely time staying at this Maine gem. It felt like a place straight out of a book. Every detail was paid attention to, and it was the perfect place to relax in between skiing. Would definitely recommend!
I stayed here with my boyfriend for a long weekend to ski at Sunday River, and it was a great home base for the trip. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Although it was only a one-bedroom, the space felt cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay after long days on the mountain. The location was especially convenient for getting to and from the slopes, and we loved the additional amenities. Having the Rusty Lantern market right next door was super convenient. Communication with Tyler was easy and responsive, which made the overall stay smooth. We weren’t able to get the fireplace working, but Tyler was responsive and willing to quickly come and fix it for us. We didn’t end up having him come by because we didn’t feel it was necessary and loved our stay even without a fire. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again for another ski weekend.

Our stay was everything we could’ve asked for! The space is well designed for a ski trip - spacious entryway and easy access make it easy to come in and get warm after a day on the slopes. The unit was easy to locate and couldn’t be more convenient to get to and from Sunday River. Appreciated the well equipped kitchen and cozy living room for movie nights! All in all, a great and comfortable stay.
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully modernized home just minutes from Sunday River! The recent renovations are fantastic—stylish, comfortable, and clearly done with great attention to detail. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the bathroom was excellent, with exceptional shower pressure and hotel-quality products that felt like a real treat. The living room was warm and inviting, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the great selection of board games for cozy evenings in.
