THE HYGGE HOUSE

We loved our stay at Tyler’s house. The house was exactly as described and it we conveniently located within walking distance of a gas station, coffee shop, and diner and was close to Sunday River. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable. The games were a big hit with our son. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay! Place was very modern and had all the basic utensils. Tyler was even able to accommodate a late check out and was quick to respond. Would highly recommend

We had a great stay! The location is excellent, very close to the mountain, which made everything super convenient. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. Tyler was also very communicative and responsive throughout the stay, which made the whole experience smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location, close to Sunday River and many restaurants and breweries. House was very clean and had lots of space with a large dining room. Would definelty stay here again!

Great location! Close to Sunday River, multiple great restaurants only a few minutes drive away. Convenient gas station next door and family dollar across the street. Located on a main road, so traffic noise could be an issue at night. We brought sound machines and that blocked the noise out pretty well. No shades or curtains in the bedrooms (there are blinds) so there is light pollution from the gas station at night and the room gets bright when the sun rises. Otherwise, fantastic place, very well setup, with plenty of space and very clean! Overall would recommend!

This place is a great find! Perfectly situated in Bethel and so close to Sunday River. The house was extremely clean and comfortable and fantastic hosts, very responsive and friendly. Tyler went above any beyond to ensure out stay was prefer.

I had a wonderful stay at Tyler’s place! The location was perfect, so close to Sunday River and other great nearby areas. The house was exactly as described: very spacious, extremely clean, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Tyler was a great host and even allowed me to check in a little early, which I truly appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay was everything we could’ve asked for! The space is well designed for a ski trip - spacious entryway and easy access make it easy to come in and get warm after a day on the slopes. The unit was easy to locate and couldn’t be more convenient to get to and from Sunday River. Appreciated the well equipped kitchen and cozy living room for movie nights! All in all, a great and comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully modernized home just minutes from Sunday River! The recent renovations are fantastic—stylish, comfortable, and clearly done with great attention to detail. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the bathroom was excellent, with exceptional shower pressure and hotel-quality products that felt like a real treat. The living room was warm and inviting, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the great selection of board games for cozy evenings in.

Pro's: The place is exactly as described. super clean, super nice, super modern, perfect! The space is also spacious! The shower was amazing. I found a toaster in the cabinet...The kitchen is free of clutter and you can find what you need. The entry is PERFECT for skiers! Hooks...a great bench, plenty of room for boots. Warm! Oddly, i LOVED the way the closets were set up with the clean crisp ikea like drawers and hanging rod. Awesome for laying a suitcase on and it was perfect My only minor suggestions are: 1) maybe have a few more pieces of silverware, 2) maybe a hand towel...we could not find it, so we used one of the four big towels as a hand towel. It did not matter as we were 3... 3) More hooks in the bathroom for towels to dry and maybe a few hooks in the bedrooms to hang towels.

Excellent stay, absolutely beautiful minimalist style home that felt comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Location was ten minutes from Sunday River, which was so nice after a long day of skiing! Walkable location to family dollar and a gas station was a bonus for grabbing last minute drinks and snacks. Kitchen was fully prepared for cooking dinners. Would highly recommend!

The place was very clean and roomy. The location couldn't have been better for my needs. I used to ski a lot and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here for its proximity and ease of travel to Sunday River. Definetly 5 star caliber accomodations.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, easy to find, and close to Sunday River. The host was very responsive, and having an EV charger at the accommodation was super convenient for us. We were craving fondue and brought our own, and were pleasantly surprised to find that the kitchen even had a fondue pot!

I loved my stay! Perfect location, right near downtown Bethel and just a short drive to beautiful hiking trails. The home was just as pictured. Super clean, organized and very cozy!

Un bel appartement, propre et moderne. Tout bien distribué. On se sans comme à la maison. Coin tranquile, le brouille de l’autoroute dérange pas pendant la nuit. Lits confortables, tout le mobilier en bon état. Restaurants proche et boutiques de souvenirs aussi. Belle ambiance, petite ville chaleureuse. Aire pur de montagnes à respire. Tyler est très attentif à vos besoins. Je recommande fortement ce logement. Merci !!

Lovely home right by the main road. It’s our first time living between 2 gas stations was a bit nervous but turned out perfectly. Highly recommend. We only wish there’s washer and dryer included in the unit. It was clear the unit didn’t have it from description, but just a wish.

Nice stay!

This was the perfect spot for us to hang out during our friend's wedding weekend. It was cozy, clean, and right near the center of town. Tyler was perfect at communicating with us and was always prompt, professional, and friendly. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you're looking for a small spot in Bethel, we have absolutely no complaints!

I was looking for a place to stay while traveling to Mt Washington and other ammenities. Was skeptical on drive so far instead of staying in nearby resorts. Tyler home prove me wrong. Has an awesome place. Everything looks brand new, awesome furniture, really comfy beds, perfect kitchen. Never find any flaws. Pictures don't make justice. I will definitely stay again and encourage others to pick this place instead of a resort or motel. Worth the money.

This cozy house in Bethel provided a beautiful and safe environment. The house was exactly as described and all things included were great! This spot makes for a great cozy weekend trip to explore all the close and amazing food, and activity options in the area. We throughly enjoyed our time and we will hopefully be booking with Tyler in the future!
